This is the 4 digit number that is on the order confirmation email we sent you, for example #9999 (don't include the '#').
If your order number isn't accepted unfortunately your purchase is out of warranty.
This can be found on the side of the box in the format 'F7xxx', or your order confirmation email as 'CSF7xxx'
For example F7616-1 for a chaise, F7616-2 for a sofa, or F7616-3 for an ottoman.
